Welcome to the BJJ Lab

The BJJ Lab was founded in 2013. A small group of BJJ students wanted to train together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Word got around and the group kept growing until it turned into the BJJ school that it is today.

We are strong believers in the Caio Terra Association (CTA) motto “technique conquers all”. We focus a lot on technique at the BJJ Lab and we study all the tiny details that make a technique work against a fully resisting opponent.
